Droid Manager is a simple app with a good looking and functional user interface, which lets you control your files, add your favorite ringtones, install your favorite boot animation or flash the kernel to enable you to speed up your phone.

The downside is that although there are lots of good features with the basic edition of Droid Manager, you have to pay for the pro version if you need functions such as advanced sharing via WiFi or default mail client, Wifi connection mode, receive SMS notifications on your desktop or make use of the integrated media library manager.
